James L. King Sr. married Carol E. Campbell on September 30, 1960. The couple was together for thirty-eight years and had five children.

James L. (as everyone called him) became a member of Mount Calvary Community Church and was baptized on 5/3/1988 by Reverend Forman. James L. serve as an usher for many years.

James L. began working at a carwash and moved on to Nebraska Concession Supply, were he worked for over forty-two years.

James L. King was a quiet compassionate man that did not bother anyone.

James L. is precedent in death by his wife Carol E. King, mother Rosie l> Reaves, father Robert L. King, sons James L. King Jr. and Darrell E. king Sr., grandsons Darrell E. King Jr., Antwain L. King Sr. and Lamar R. King.

James L. is survived by sons Robert L. King Sr. and Anthony L. King daughter Vicki M. Thomas (Chris), Significant other, Companion and Friend for 15 years Liza Brandes (we love you) and special nephew Tyrone Bolton and a host of relatives and friends.

A Celebration of life service will be 3:30 PM on Saturday, May 22^nd Roeder Mortuary, 4932 Ames Ave.
