Survived by; son Chris Everitt; daughter Hope Greenfield (Scott); daughter Erin Sturgeon (Dustin); son Tom Smith (Duane Eberhart); son Daniel Everitt (Juliana); son Bryan Danielsen; son Jacob Mitchell; parents David and Georgea Smith; brother David Smith; sister Jan Root (Chris); brother Damon Smith; sister Jamie Weber (Joe); grandchildren Jason, Ivy, Alana, Samantha, Alison, Seth, Madison, Mallory and Payten; great-grandchild Brexleigh.
