Age 67 – Preceded in death by parents, Ray & Evelyn Stoops; sisters, Judy Garreans and Linda Stafford.  Survived by his wife of over 48 years, Ruth; children, Shane (Lora) Stoops, Jesse (Tabby) Stoops, Staci (Colton) Anderson; grandchildren, Tyler, Emma, Todd, Gracie, Gabby, Lennox, Esmae, Paisley, Kyler; great granddaughter, Lilliana Rosalynn; sister, Trudy Hartline; brother-in-law, John Garreans, Sr., his beloved puppies; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
