Richard L. Stark (Dick)

July 7, 1944   –   April 1, 2022

Gretna, Preceded in death by wife Joyce Stark, brothers Robert (Bob) and Denny Stark, Son In Law Bruce C Jasper, Dick loved his brothers and sisters as they loved him. He will live on through his daughter Christine (Bruce) Stark – Jasper, grandson Christian Jasper, his brother Steve Stark (Diane Bishop), his sisters Mary (Annie) Pickett, Jane Stark, and Lucille (Peach) Thompson, and many nieces and nephews.

Dick was a lifelong resident of Gretna. When he wasn’t at work, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He was a master gardener, it was apparent by the many flowers in his yard and the plants inside his home. He also enjoyed feeding the wild birds in his yard. He also found great joy with his many friends, as well as his grandson Christian (Spanky) and special friends Bruce Fleck and Deb Stark.
