Morris Robert Palle, Jr.

Morris Robert Palle, Jr. Age 84 was a loving dad, grandfather, brother and friend passed away peacefully at home Saturday, May 2,2020 in Gretna, NE. with family close by.  He was a strong independent man who was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago.  After being hospitalized for almost a week, he was anxious to go home to see his grandson and beloved dog Cookie.  He was born January 15, 1936 in Omaha, NE to Morris, Sr. and Hildegarde (Kluge) Palle.  He was a veteran of the US Army and a member of American Legion Post #316 in Gretna.

Morris was preceded in death by his wife; Delores, family and friends.

He is survived by his daughters; Kimberly C. Mefford (Brian) of Gretna, NE and Debra Swift (Mike) of Colorado Springs, CO, grandson; Luke Mefford, granddaughter; Jennifer Beck (Dan), great-grandson; Tobias Beck, brother; Wayne Palle, sister-in-law; Sharon Richter (Dean), nephews; Craig Richter (Wendy), and Joel Richter, Beloved dog Cookie, other family and friends.

Visitation: 4:00 to 7:00 PM Tuesday, May 5^th Roeder Mortuary, 11710 Standing Stone Dr., Gretna, NE.

Private Family Funeral Service: 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 6^th, Resurrection Lutheran Church, 153 S. McKenna Ave., Gretna, NE.  Others may watch at http://linktr.ee/relcgretna.

Interment: Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Omaha, NE.
