She went to college attempting to earn a degree in child development. She worked at a host of daycare centers as a toddler teacher. In 2003, Michele decided it was time for a change. She moved to Omaha Nebraska along with her husband, Isaac Suggs, and 7 of her 8 children. While in Omaha, Michele opened a home daycare center caring for the children around the neighborhood.

Michele was loved by everyone. Anyone that ever met her liked her, and if not, they wanted to be liked by her. She was the life of the party. She was very outspoken, a strong fighter, an amazing cook, an incredible dancer, a great caretaker for others, and much more. She could put a smile on the face of others with her great personality. She loved listening to all genres of music from slow cuts to fast tempo tunes. Which is why people loved coming to visit her daily. Over the years, she developed friendships around the world, but nothing compared to the love she received in Chicago and Omaha.
