Born in Omaha, NE on July 23rd, 1974, Melissa Fabian began her wonderful journey called life.  Melissa was the youngest child of Gary Dyke and Teressa Sellin both dedicated hard mid-western workers. They, are where Melissa learned her strong work ethic and compassion.  She loved her family dearly and would do anything for them.  Melissa took the time to check up on her loved ones and let everyone know she was thinking about them.

Melissa attended Gretna High School and graduated in 1992. After high school, she attended UNL for a couple of years. This time at the University gave her the foundation she needed to excel in her professional career. After several years of employment here and there, Melissa quickly realized her calling was caring for the sick and elderly. Her new profession in the Health Care industry brought her joy and filled her heart with happiness. She often said how much she loved her job and fellow associates.

Melissa was the mother to Ryan, Dylan and Logan.  She was a great mother and loved her children deeply. She was devoted to her boyfriend Terry Victor for four years. Melissa also loved her dog Stella.  She enjoyed camping, fishing, working and spending time with family. She had an infectious laugh and a smile that lit up the room. Anyone that knew Missy knew she had the spunkiest personality which gives us the confidence to say….
