Leland Albert Rohlfs, 77, of Omaha passed away 10/19/2019 surrounded by family. He was born on December 23, 1941 in West Point to Albert and Annie (Drieling) Rohlfs. He was a graduate of Uehling High School and Midland Lutheran College. He received his Certified Public Accounting designation. He went on to work for Arthur Anderson and Mutual of Omaha. He also did some consulting work before retiring.

Leland enjoyed spending time with his family, watching his grandchildren’s many sporting events, and Husker football. He also enjoyed singing and was often asked to sing at funerals and weddings. He happily served many years at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Omaha as Choir Director and later joined Rejoice in Omaha and continued singing in the choir as long as his health would allow.

Lee is survived by his wife Diane, his brother, Delwin Rohlfs and the mother of his children, Dixie Rohlfs. Children, Diane Rapp, and Deb Garrison (Kevin). 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Annie, sister-in-law, Sally Rohlfs, and infant nephew.
