Judith E. Gammel

Judy Elaine Gammel was born September 2, 1944 and passed away early this morning August 22, 2020 in her home in Omaha, NE.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years Gary Gammel, truly her soulmate and partner in life!

Their two children Kelly (Tina), Cory (Traci). Her wonderful grandchildren Alan, Sydney, Zoey, Kaspyn, Arlo, Wynter, Tegan, and Dakoda who were her pride and joy.

Her sister Kat Daigle, brothers in law Dr. Don (Becky) Gammel, Robert Gammel, Roger (Carol) Gammel, sister in law Sue Gammel (Jeff Brothen), many nieces and nephews, family and friends.

She was known for her glowing smile, great personality, infectious laugh, and her love for her family. Some of her favorite things were playing with her grandkids, spending time with family, grabbing a burger from Broncos, and relaxing outside to just enjoy the world!

She was one of the best cooks in the family and lived every day to the fullest! She will be dearly missed by every life she touched and we know she’ll keep the party going in heaven!

Visitation Tuesday Aug 25 from 5 – 7 PM at Roeder Mortuary. Celebration of Life Service Monday Aug 31 at 11:00 AM at Miracle Hills Church 11244 Blondo St. Omaha. Memorials to American Cancer Society.
