It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Jonathon Daniel Fannon of Gretna, Nebraska, on August 21, 2020, at 56 years of age.
Jonathon was born in Sioux City, Iowa, on June 8, 1964, to Carl and Marilyn (Anderson) Fannon. He attended Morningside Christian School and graduated from South Sioux City High School in 1982. He went on to marry Patty (Schuler) Fannon in 1990. From that union, they had three daughters. Jon worked in the environmental field where he eventually started his own environmental business, AQS, with his partner, Steve Hudson, in 2002. In 2015, he sold his business to Terracon, the company where he was currently employed.
Jon had a passion for adventure. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, taking trips with his family and friends, and taking every opportunity to live his life to the fullest. Jon was a kind-hearted individual, but was equally as stubborn and firm in his beliefs. He had a fun-loving spirit and made people feel at ease. He will be remembered as being a great father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
He was survived by his daughter, Amanda, spouse, Jordan Drew, his two grandchildren, Arbor and Griffin as well as his twin daughters Courtney and Anna and their mother Patty (Schuler) Fannon. His significant other, Tammy Miller, and her two daughters, Marissa and Callie. His three brothers, Bryan, spouse, Jennifer Fannon, Dave Fannon, significant other, Tracy Edwards, Joel Fannon, significant other, Renee Jester, sister Beth Fannon, significant other, Jason Kemp, eleven nieces and nephews: Cody, Emmalee, Sarah and Allyson Fannon, Roan Kemp, Paige Peck, Zach and Haylee Twillman, Jon, Kyle, and Ross Kroenke and too many friends to mention. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Marilyn and brother, Timmy.
