Jennifer was born March 20, 1973 in Buffalo, New York, moving to Omaha with her family in 1976.  She completed her schooling as a respiratory therapist and selflessly gave up her career aspirations to care for her parents as they became ill.  She was called home from this Earth on May 4, 2020 after a battle with cancer.

She is preceded in death by Patricia Ward (Mother) and Gary Ward (Father).

She is survived by brothers Jim (Aimee) Ward and Jeff Ward, sister Jill (Dave) Bruckner, and multiple nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

A private ceremony was held and interment will be at Flower Hill Cemetery.  A celebration of Jennifer’s life is tentatively planned for a date yet to be determined, pending current restrictions.  In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
