Anthony Scott (Tony) Chambers was born on February 19, 1959 in Omaha Nebraska to James Chambers Jr. and Ella Louise (Robbins) Chambers. He was the second of four sons.
Tony attended Central Community College in Hastings, NE. He earned an associates degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management. Right after college, Tony worked for Disney World where he was a cook. He later was accepted into the culinary school in San Francisco but opted not to attend.
Tony worked at Lancer Label and a few other jobs before becoming ill. He loved to cook and prepare meals for the extended family. He continued the tradition of hosting family brunches featuring his grandmother’s waffle and pancake recipe for 20 years after his mother died.
Tony was a movie buff and loved old black and white movies. He liked history and enjoyed learning about European and Egyptian history.
Tony is proceeded in death by his mother, Ella. He is survived by father, James Chambers Jr., Brothers James III (Anne), Twin brothers Michael (Deniese) and David (Curt Reinesch). He is also survived by nieces, Charronna Chambers, and Courtney Chambers and nephews, Kyle Chambers, Mark Chambers and Jonathan Chambers, and Zack Powell, Uncle Charles Robbins and numerous cousins.
