Angela Sherrice Davis was born October 23, 1980 to JoCarroll and Johnny Reed, Sr in Omaha, NE. Angela attended North High School where she graduated in 1999. She was preceded in death by grandmother, Ruby L. Davis; mother, JoCarroll Reed; father, Johnny Reed, Sr.; and brothers Johnny Reed, Jr. and (cousin) Antoine Davis.
As a child, Angela attended Faith Temple Church of God in Christ where she was a member of the children’s choir and was faithful to Sunday School.
Angela was loved by everyone who knew her. She loved dancing, making people laugh, and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
On Saturday, January 9, 2021, Angela departed this life leaving a lot of precious memories and laughter with family and friends.
She leaves to cherish her memory:
Survived by her two daughters, Giania and Gi’Anah Whitner; stepsons, Tyrin, Clarence IV, Malik Whitner, and Antonio Jones; their father, Clarence Whitner III; brothers, Daiman Reed and Jalen Reed, Denver, CO; aunts, Brenda (Wesley) Johnson, (mother) Rowena Davis, Velma Cook; uncles, Henry Davis, John T (Rhonda) Davis, Victorville, CA, Jackie Reed, Minneapolis, MN, John (Lisa) Reed, Ronnie Reed; cousins, Wayne (Kim) Davis, Tina McGruder, (sister) Arnetia Nelson, Tamari (Tyia) Davis, Tiana Davis, Daeonn Davis, Alisha Davis, Cecilia Abbey, and Kendal Davis; nieces, JoCarroll and Chevonnie Reed; nephews, Johnny III and Daiman Reed; and many other relatives and friends.
